Please note that First Class and Standard International shipping are uninsured. If a package is lost while using one of these economy shipping options, we are not responsible for refunds or cancellations. In such cases, you will need to contact your local postal service to locate your package.

Expedited shipping options (UPS, FedEx and Priority) include insurance. If your package is lost using one of these methods, we recommend contacting the carrier directly to file a claim.
