Refund policy

Earrings are final sale.
If your earrings arrive damaged or break within one week of purchase, we will replace them (depending on the style) or issue a refund for the price of the earrings.

Please note: We take great care to ensure the quality of our earrings. However, due to the handmade nature of polymer clay, minor imperfections may occur. These are not considered defects, and we do not offer refunds or exchanges for such imperfections. Rest assured, we would never send out a product that doesn't meet our standards.

All orders are final once processed and cannot be canceled.
